A-Light Wins 2024 Product Innovation Award
The PIA program was created to celebrate the ground-breaking products, systems, and materials that help architects achieve new levels of creativity or performance in their design. Each entry is reviewed by an esteemed panel of practicing architects; manufacturers of products and systems are awarded based on attributes, qualities, functionality, or performance beyond industry standards.
Angle was designed for high-ceiling applications and large spaces, including auditoriums and educational institutions, airports and transit outlets, natatoriums, sports complexes, lobbies, libraries, and museums. The high-performance luminaires feature an enhanced indirect asymmetric distribution that projects light up to the ceiling and then reflects down to the surface below. Lighting designers can expect a light output of up to 12,151 lumens/foot.
Surface, pendant, and dual pendant mounting options are available. And Angle luminaires are suitable for wet locations: each luminaire features a natatorium-rated finish on the body to ensure longevity in harsh environments.
Winners of the 14th annual program will be profiled in the November/December issue of Architectural Products magazine.
