EnV condominiums was designed specifically for young working professionals desiring an upscale urban residence. Located across the street from the Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago, the 249-unit, 390,000 SF building boasts a D4 | accolade4 4ft fixture in each of the shared condo patios. Placed atop the patio divider, the D4 is bottom mounted, featuring a custom-designed endcap for wet location large enough to allow access power through MX cable into the roof overhead. The single D4 provides even broad distribution uplight for both patios, as well as produces a stunning linear tower of light on the facade from the exterior.
In the corridors, D5 | accolade5 "L" shaped patterns are installed into gyp walls/ceiling; in the mailroom a 4ftx4ft D5L pattern showcases the lovely multi-colored tile wall flowing seamlessly into a standard gyp ceiling.
