Former carriage house turned LEED Platinum office building, the AIA Portland Center for Architecture embodies adaptive reuse. Designed by Holst Architecture with lighting design by Zach Suchara of Luma Lighting Design, the 5000 sqft. space houses the Portland Chapter’s administrative offices, a gallery and community gathering space. a·light’s D3 | accolade3 is ceiling mounted, painted black to blend in with the black-walled conference room. White D3’s are attached to the structural beams above the meeting room.
